Bliss Childcare and Nursery School opened in September 2019 in the former Southfields Methodist Church. We are conveniently located only a 10 minute walk from Wimbledon park and Earlsfield train stations and 15 minute walk from Southfields train station.
At Bliss we believe that children are the future and that’s why our nursery gives our children the opportunities to become confident little learners. Bliss is brought to you by a team of childcare experts who have collectively been in the childcare industry for 40+ years and are parents themselves. At Bliss we believe that children learn through play with the support of strong and capable practitioners.
Our knowledge and experience come from running two highly successful nurseries for over 20 years. We are a proactive team that are always learning new skills and building on our own personal experiences to give the children the best possible education.
Keeping every child safe
As a nursery we have created a safe environment for all. We clean all equipment after use and we do a weekly fogging session in the nursery, to ensure we have the highest levels of cleanliness and virus protection for our families and practitioners. We also have implemented allocated bubbles across all rooms.
We follow all legislation and guidance on infection control and illness, within an early years setting. On site, we have several trained head First Aiders, Fire Marshalls and Safeguarding Officers, to ensure the safety of all those in our care.
